David has worked in financial services for 13 years, gaining experience across several areas of the financial planning industry. In 2021, he established Huebner Financial Planning as his fee-only financial planning practice through CGN Advisors, LLC.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and fiduciary, David works directly with clients to understand their financial picture, evaluate important decisions, and develop coordinated strategies for moving forward. Huebner Financial Planning does not sell investment or insurance products or receive commissions.

David is originally from Fargo, North Dakota, and graduated from North Dakota State University. He began his practice in Fargo and now serves clients from offices in both Waconia, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota. David and his wife, Katie, live in Waconia with their three children.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, being at the lake, golfing, grilling year-round, and working on projects around the house and yard.
